Title
Обновление DSA-1572-1 php5 - несколько уязвимостей
Description
Several vulnerabilities have been discovered in PHP, a server-side, HTML-embedded scripting language. The Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures project identifies the following problems: The glob function allows context-dependent attackers to cause a denial of service and possibly execute arbitrary code via an invalid value of the flags parameter. Integer overflow allows context-dependent attackers to cause a denial of service and possibly have other impact via a printf format parameter with a large width specifier. Stack-based buffer overflow in the FastCGI SAPI. The escapeshellcmd API function could be attacked via incomplete multibyte chars.
Family
unix
Platform
Debian GNU/Linux 4.0

Id:
CVE-2007-3806
Reference:

Comment
: The glob function in PHP 5.2.3 allows context-dependent attackers to cause a denial of service and possibly execute arbitrary code via an invalid value of the flags parameter, probably related to memory corruption or an invalid read on win32 platforms, and possibly related to lack of initialization for a glob structure.

CVE-2008-1384
Reference:
http://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2008-1384
Comment
: Integer overflow in PHP 5.2.5 and earlier allows context-dependent attackers to cause a denial of service and possibly have unspecified other impact via a printf format parameter with a large width specifier, related to the php_sprintf_appendstring function in formatted_print.c and probably other functions for formatted strings (aka *printf functions).
